We are currently seeking a Help Desk Support Technician that can also serve as our Internal IT support professional. This role will be responsible for providing first line support to end users. This role will act as the point of contact for initial problem reporting and will be required to perform triage on reported problems, collect necessary information and escalate for resolution if necessary. We are looking to a have a highly competent and highly motivated individual in this role. In addition, this role will be responsible for the support of our VMWare virtual environment, storage and internal user support that will manage all aspects of our internal IT needs.
